American Star Academy, the marquee project of webfact ventures, is making huge strides and great progress towards a complete launch later this year. The first testing phase was recently completed, after hard work and determination from the entire ASA staff.

The completion of the first testing phase set the backdrop for a major feature update at ASA. Among the tweaks and upgraded features, ASA features a more personalized and user-friendly environment, allowing for new information filtering capabilities and a new layout. Content wise, ASA now features fresh new Star Track layout designs, as well as a wider, more diverse variety of Star Tracks and Courses. The EZ Recording studio, one of the many highlights as ASA, also underwent some modifications, improving on its design and layout.

At the same time, ASA has been carrying out strategic focus group testing in different strategic cities across the US. This unique tool gives ASA a valuable, competitive advantage in getting familiar with, and knowing the preferences, as well as the dislikes of our potential target audience – creating a more fulfilling and enjoyable ASA.  From Boston on the East Coast all the way to San Francisco on the West Coast, going through Madison, WI and Houston, TX, this targeted, focus group testing gives ASA complete picture of the perspective participants of ASA, including students, instructors, and more. Results from this testing phase are rolling in, and are currently being analyzed, with results being constantly implemented.
