Qatar 2022 sets out to be a completely new type of World Cup™. Compact to the benefit of the fans and the environment. Customised to the benefit of the teams. Creating a strong basis for the sport in the entire region.

In addition, it will be the first time the World Cup™ will come to to the Middle East, a region brimming with sporting potential and passion.

In Qatar, history and the future will come together in historic choice of Host Nation. In a global age with media and technology bringing continents closer together - Qatar is truly in the Middle, neither in the East nor the West.

In cooperation with Plan-net Munich, webfact was asked to set-up the corresponding bid-webpage. Besides the standard-elements of the presentation such as the portrait of Qatar, the stadion-presentation, the committee-portrait and many multi-media-elements such as galleries and videos, webfact developed innovative

community-elements such as:

- Supporter-section / registered users
- Google-maps view of all supporters
- Twitter and facebook fan -pages with connection to the webpage via teaser-component
- Blog-commenting possibility
- Picture-Competition

BMW Motorrad Days Booking toll

BMW offers all guests of the BMW-motorbike-days a very special service before the event. Event-participants can book a testride with selective bmw-bikes at the event.
The events takes place on 3 different days on the first weekend of july. Accordingly 5 different starting-times are offered every day for each bike.

After the selection of a bike, the user selects a day and a specific time for the testride. After this selection, the users enters all his personal data and gets a booking-confirmation. If all bikes are fully booked, users can also apply to be set on a waiting-list. If another users cancels a booking, all users on the waiting list receive an automatic notification, that a slot is available.

BMW Motorrad says thank you to all gs-riders, since it is them who have made the gs into the worlds most successfull travel enduro.
Every tour is an adventure – whether in the wide-open desert, on narrow mountain passes, in the dust of the savannah or in the rain and mud.

BMW asked for the gs-anniversary all gs-drivers to show the finest gs-moments on a double page, as a personal thank you for 30 Years of GS.

webfact used the following components to set-up the anniversary book:

- flash-flip book application for the view of the double-pages created by users
- picture-upload tool for registered users to upload their most-special gs-moments

G+J Entertainment Media is the most important german publisher for the entertainment-industry. G+J’s magazines, its online-portals as well as their libraries focus on movies/films, dvd’s/videos, music, games and info-/edutainment. With video.de, Entertainment Media offers the most important movie-portals in Germany.

With its databases these plattforms deliver the most important information-source for the movie-industry. webfact was responsible for the overall development of the redesign for two plattforms.

The production of the corresponding community is also planned.

Tele5 Launch

webfact develops the webpage for Tele5 in cooperation with Plan-net Munich.

The main-entry point for all users is the interactive web-tv-show that portraits the Tele5 tv-essentials of the upcoming weeks. The show consists of trailers with info-boxes and layers, that provide all important information for the tv-highlights.

Besides this interactive core-element, the page offers a flash-tv-programm guide, all programm information on films, serieses, magazines and reports on the latest movie-starts. Apart from the b2c-content the webpage has a powerfull b2b area with special information for press and users who are interested in media-data.

The whole page can be administrated with a customized content management system. The whole page is developed based on ZEND and PHP5.

Danone Bundesgenusswahl

webfact sets up the Danone Bundesgenusswahl webpage for the worldwide operating food-products company from France. In cooperation with Plan-net Group, webfact technically developed the corrsponding portal for the launch of the new product-series of yogurts.

In relation to this years government-elections, Danone calls all users to elect their favourite yogurt flavour. All users who give their vote can win different prices such as free-sms, mobile wallpapers and ringtones for download and an exclusive sheraton weekend as main-price.

webfact cooperated with Plan-net Munich for the set-up of the sms and mobile-price delivery.

The site contains the following features:

- Funny, interactive test for users to see which type-of-flavour they are
- E-Card System for users to promote a yogurt

Beeftea Webpage

webfact has created to new webpage for the event- and communication-agency beeftea. The package contained an interactive flashpage with a 3D wall as central element to visualize all the companies’ projects, clients and top-events.

In addition, all information about the company such as mission statsments, contact-possibilities etc. are also available. Besides the interaction flash-version with the 3D wall, webfact created the page in html format and set-up additional blog for latest news and company updates.

Besides the basic-webpage, webfact also set-up viral marketing acitivities and the company presentation on facebook and twitter.

Echo Classic

webfact launches the brandnew Echo-Classic Webpage. The webpage contains a major interactive flash-application that portraits all winners. In addition, all relevant basic-information about the show, all past-awards an their winners as well as a press-lounge were set-up.

The whole webpage and flash-application are adminstrated by a complex content managment system to allow maximum flexibility. The page will be continously extended in different areas. More information on the additional features and a possible live-broadcast will follow soon.

The Echo-webpage constists of the following elements:

- Basis-webpage with complex cms for adminstration
- Interactive flash-application that contains all winners
- API programming to basic-database for artists and a search (coming soon)

UEFA CUP Game

webfact’s commenting-module with a corresponding backend-system was again used by Sat1 /Pro7 to cover a Live-Uefa-Cup Game. Right under the Live-Stream, every User could comment on the Game in Real-Time.

The System is used in various Sat1 Pages for the Promotion of TV-Formats and Contents. It is a Community-Component that has been developed in line with other Systems such as a Quotation-Module, a Forum, a Gallery-Module and a Friends-Import.

The Commenting-Module offers the following functions:

- User can Comment with Picture, Video, Text

- Flagging

- Content Management for Administration of the Module

- IVW plus other Tracking Systems for User-Analysis and Marketing

- Export Function of the Module with URL Creation for Modular-Integration
